Die ANC Vryheidshandves van 1955 is die 1996 grondwet, vergelyk die dokument met mekaar en sien hoe die legkaart inmekaar pas.   Die Grondwetskrywers van 1996 het gehoor gegee aan die ANC handves van 1955.  Dit is afgedwing en het sedert 1996 in werking getree.  Elkeen in die Parlement, elke politieke party en lid van parlement is onderdanig aan hierdie ANC grondwet aka vryheidshandves van 1955 en word as sulks ingesweer.

Die vraag wat elkeen hulself moet afvra, hoe was die situasie voor 1990, veral ook met Eskom, wat ‘n florerende besigheid was, selde of ooit kragonderbrekings gehad?   Alle staatsentiteite is sedert 1994 moedswillig vernietig om die eens eerste wêreldland in ‘n zero te verander.  Immigrante word vir eeue beskerm in die grondwette, wat veral uit die pen van die Britse statebond gebore is.   Die Konvensies van London, Pretoria en Bloemfontein, sowel 1910 Unie regering en 1948 regering, beskerm alle immigrante uit Afrika, wat die grond met mekaar deel.   Brittanje en haar bondgenote beheer ons almal, Boere volk ingesluit.  Wie is die bondgenote word gereeld gevra?  Amerika, Kanada, Australië, New Zealand sowel die Afrikaners, is die Boere volk se vyande vir minerale uit die Boere republieke.

Dit was eens ‘n plaas waar daar grondbesettings plaasgevind het.  Klipspruit of Kliptown.  Immigrante het van oral gekom, nie net die paar etniese stamme nie, op soek na werksgeleenthede.  Dit is hoe die immigrante beskerm word in Konvensies en grondwette onder die Britse statebond – stel maar vas wie is die statebondslande.

Is dit nie ironies hoe Eskom uit hul pad gaan om al die ‘slegte skuld’ van Soweto gedurig af te skryf nie, maar ook nie veel moeite doen met immigrante wat so krag steel van kragpale of robotte nie, terwyl belastingbetalers moet opdok vir die elektrisiteit in die land.  Word ons vandag uit Soweto beheer en regeer?    Dis waar die 1955 anc-pac-sakp manifes ‘ontwerp’ is.    Die sabotasie het lank voor 1990 in aanvang geneem.

Is die mandela van 1994 regtig dieselfde mandela as 1961?

Isn’t it ironic how Eskom goes out of its way to constantly write off all the ‘bad debts’ of Soweto and most other municipal authorities, but also doesn’t bother much with immigrants who steal power from power poles or robots, while taxpayers have to pay for the electricity in the country.

Indien immigrante onwettig of met die nodige permitte die land binnekom, het hulle dieselfde regte as enige burger van Suid-Afrika.   Dieselfde het gebeur gedurende die Konvensies van Pretoria, Bloemfontein en London, waar dit gestipuleer word om immigrante te beskerm.

Herstel van Boere republieke en Boere volk

Daar word miljoene immigrante ingevoer uit Afrika en selfs China/ Asië om in die goud en ander myne, veral die Witwatersrand, in die ou Boere republieke te beset.   Die hele doelwit is en was nog altyd sodat die Boere volk, wie se grond dit is en dit wettig aangekoop het met ooreenkomste, nie daarop kan gaan woon en werk of voordeel trek uit hulle grondgebiede nie.

Daar is sedert 1880 tot ongeveer 1960 oor die 400000 swart mans uit Afrika ingevoer om in hulle myne te kom werk.  Hulle het in arm hostelle geplak en die stink geboue is nooit onderhou nie.

DOELWIT VAN OORSTROMING – Swart mans, veral uit Afrika lande, het nog altyd grond beset en nooit een tiekie spandeer om dit te bewerk nie.   Later het hul vroue en kinders bygekom.

Selfs produktiewe plase en ander gebiede wat na 1994 geëis is, het verval terwyl hulle steeds in hul besette reservate / tuislande woonagtig is en dan daarop roem Boere het hul grond gesteel en word daar gerieflik gesing, vermoor die Boer en hits hulle die massa immigrante aan om nog meer geweld en aanvalle, selfs moorde te gebruik om die Boere volk uit te wis.

Everyone in Parliament, every political party and member of parliament is subject to this ANC constitution aka freedom charter. If immigrants enter the country illegally or with the necessary permits, they have the same rights as any citizen of South Africa. The same happened during the Conventions of Pretoria, Bloemfontein and London, where it is stipulated to protect immigrants.

Millions of immigrants are imported from Africa and even China/Asia to occupy the gold and other mines, especially the Witwatersrand, in the old Boer republics. The whole goal is and has always been so that the Boer people, whose land it is and who legally purchased it with agreements, cannot live on it and work or benefit from their territories.

Blacks, especially from African countries, have always occupied land and never spent a single penny to cultivate it. Even productive farms and other areas claimed after 1994 have fallen into disrepair while they still reside in their occupied reserves/homelands and then boast that Boers stole their land and are conveniently sung about, murdering the Boer and inciting the mass of immigrants to use even more violence and attacks, even murders, to wipe out the Boer people.

Ons, die mense van Suid-Afrika, verklaar vir ons hele land en die wêreld om te weet:

dat Suid-Afrika aan almal behoort wat daarin woon, swart en wit, en dat geen regering met reg aanspraak kan maak op gesag tensy dit op die wil van al die mense gebaseer is nie;

dat ons mense van hul eersgeboortereg op grond, vryheid en vrede beroof is deur ‘n regeringsvorm wat op onreg en ongelykheid gegrond is;

Die minerale rykdom onder die grond, die banke en monopoliebedryf sal oorgedra word aan die eienaarskap van die mense as ‘n geheel;

Alle ander nywerhede en handel sal beheer word om die welstand van die mense te help;

Alle mense sal gelyke regte hê om handel te dryf waar hulle wil, om te vervaardig en om alle ambagte, kunsvlyt en beroepe te betree.

All national groups shall be protected by law against insults to their race and national pride;

The preaching and practice of national, race or colour discrimination and contempt shall be a punishable crime;

All apartheid laws and practices shall be set aside.

The People Shall Share in the Country`s Wealth!
The national wealth of our country, the heritage of South Africans, shall be restored to the people;

The mineral wealth beneath the soil, the Banks and monopoly industry shall be transferred to the ownership of the people as a whole;

All other industry and trade shall be controlled to assist the wellbeing of the people;

All people shall have equal rights to trade where they choose, to manufacture and to enter all trades, crafts and professions.

The Land Shall be Shared Among Those Who Work It!
Restrictions of land ownership on a racial basis shall be ended, and all the land re-divided amongst those who work it to banish famine and land hunger;

The state shall help the peasants with implements, seed, tractors and dams to save the soil and assist the tillers;

Freedom of movement shall be guaranteed to all who work on the land;

All shall have the right to occupy land wherever they choose;

People shall not be robbed of their cattle, and forced labour and farm prisons shall be abolished.
