Failed South Africa – Ramaphosa – land issues – expropriation and economy 2020

 
Before the “lock down” South Africa was already a failed country.    During the lock down in May 2020, Ramaphosa spoke to the South African National Editors’ Forum and said: As premise for his recovery plan, he said that the current economic dispensation was built on racism and colonialism and this goes to show that any plan that arises from it is doomed to fail.   During the lock down it was also stated that donations will only be available to black businesses , under the B-BBEE legislations and it was confirmed by various ministers.    Since 1994 it is a so-called democratic country and has nothing to do with colonialism under British rule that ended in 1961 when we became a Republic.

Daar gaan Ramaphosa weer terug op die Apartheid se ruggie, alle probleme en die huidige status word reg voor “kolonialisme en apartheid” geplaas.   En dit nogal na 26 jaar, waar hy homself maar baie uit swart bemagtiging gekry het, veral aandele en eiendomme – hy was nie alleen nie, daar is baie ander.      Natuurlik het die virus ook ‘n impak op alle besighede, veral kleinsake besighede, veral blankes wat nie gekwalifiseer het vir enige hulp vanaf donasies nie.   Swart bemagtiging het soos altyd, bo aan die lys gestaan van die groepie wat oor die “virus” voorskrifte uitgedink het.

Ramaphosa said …

The reality, however, is that the current economic dispensation is built on Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and Affirmative Action (AA) and that makes it inherently racist.    He raises the question of whether Black Economic Empowerment will play a greater role in the economy in the future. He also said that the economy must be locally directed and that the country must produce its own food.

This demonstrates that President Ramaphosa is out of touch with reality seeing as the country is indeed producing its own food.  There is no rabbit that he can suddenly pull out of a hat to bring about economic growth. On the contrary,  Ramaphosa’s statements regarding extensive reforms and that land reform must be fast-tracked create the impression that he wants the country to move swiftly toward socialism.

He has been saying since 2018 that the country’s infrastructure presents the opportunity to create jobs. It has always been there and nothing has changed. The only thing that he needs to do is to implement free market principles in South Africa.

Wat is belangriker, die hoenderhen of die eier?   Die hoenderhen is belangriker, sy kan eiers lê.    Neem slegs die eier – die eier kan of vrot wees en dan is daar niks oor, want dit stink of selfs as jy dit gebruik sou dit niks makeer nie , is daar niks meer oor na gebruik nie.   Ons het as konserwatiewe Boer en Afrikaner  volk voor 1994 in  soortgelyke situasies beland waarin ons nie deel wou wees nie waar daar gedurigdeur aan ons “eiers” ge-offer is wat eenvoudig gesteel of vernietig is om ons sodoende van ons volksidentiteit te beroof.  Ons menseregte word daagliks vernietig in die proses om ons menswees af te takel.   Al die ander etniese volke  is toegelaat om in hul eie omgewings hulself uit te leef – dit sluit nie die miljoene immigrante hierby in nie.

There are 7.5 million blacks with private ownership in South Africa and they are not landless as their leaders declared, while complaining about white land ownership or white privileges.    Other properties or farm land that was not mentioned, is the registered land claims (CPA – 8840 traditional leaders) and Trustlands (like Ingonyama trust) that fall under communal rights/trust legislations – also not belong to any white person.   More than 25 million ethnic people do live on those CPA or Trustlands since 1994 and even before 1900 it was theirs.  For sure, nobody do have problems with any of them, but why then said “apartheid” is gone while it is not the case?  Who received black privileges under black economic empowerment and affirmative action legislations?

Since 1994, more than 5000 farms were bought with Tax money, to expropriate, by the ANC – but nothing happened with those farms, millions of hectares of land.   There are /were no food production that took place on those farms.

HOMELANDS WERE ETHNIC PEOPLE ON ITS WAY TO INDEPENDENCE
Wat is apartheid regtig – dit was niks anders dan segregasie – aparte gebiede wat reeds bestaan het in die vorm van reservate sedert 1840’s.     Dus kom reservate uit die Britse koloniale tydperk en nie uit die 1948 regering wat dit geskep het nie.  Toe wyle Dr Verwoerd regering hierdie gebiede gekry het, was dit reeds bestaande reservate.     Hoe kan iets nuut geskep het as dit reeds bestaan het.    Alhoewel baie kleiner, het dit met jare ook groter geword en was dit nie die regering van 1961 wat mense daar ingeprop het nie.  Dit was reeds in die 1930’s vergroot.

Met die Shepstone beleid in 1854 het die Britse lord die reservate geskep omdat stamgevegte daagliks plaasgevind het en swartes mekaar uitgewis het.  Om hulle uit mekaar te hou.  Gaan delf mens ook in Afrika se geskiedenis, is dit welbekend dat etniese volke in hul eie gebiede woonagtig is en dit ook Tuislande (homelands) noem.  Niks was regtig ons nie.   Tuislandleiers het besluite gemaak en van hulle was op pad om onafhanklike lande te word.

Die Zoeloekoning, Goodwill Zwelithini is al jare in beheer en Trustee van die Ingonyama Trust, wat slegs vir Zoeloes is.  Hy  hou gereeld en soms jaarliks samesprekings wanneer hy sy zoeloe volkslede bymekaar wil kry of soms as daar kommervrae is – normaalweg sal hy ook sy hoofmanne inlig en raad vra.

AGREEMENTS 1994

The Ingonyama Trust was the outcome of a deal between the National Party and the Inkatha Freedom Party during the dying days of apartheid just before the transition in 1994. The Trust was established to manage land owned by the government of KwaZulu, and is currently responsible for managing some 2.8 million hectares of land in KwaZulu-Natal. The land vests in the Ingonyama (or king) as trustee, to be administered on behalf of members of specific communities.

Voor die 1994 verkiesing plaasgevind het was daar heelwat gevegte tussen die politieke groepe, veral in Natal.   Tydens die Kodesa onderhandelings is ooreenkomste aangegaan met verskeie tradisionele leiers.   Myns insiens geldige en wettige ooreenkomste. Beide die Zoeloe koning, Zwelithini en sy prins Buthelezi was hier teenwoordig met ondertekening.  Ooreenkomste was aangegaan voor hulle tot die 1994 verkiesing toegetree het.  Daar was ook in dieselfde tydperk ooreenkomste bereik met die Afrikaner en Boere wat aangegaan is, soos met die ondertekening van die Akkoord deur oud Generaal Constand Viljoen vir die ondersoek vir Selfbeskikking en ook ‘n Volkstaat – beide word in die Akkoord wat onderteken is, vermeld.

The British empire annexed the Zulu area, as well as other areas like the two Boer republics.  After the 1910 new government, it was also controlled by the British empire from London and with British legislation.

The British empire forced all of us to form one country they can control, with the minerals and mines also ruled by them from London.

Segregation was created in 1854 by the traditional leaders and Lord Shepstone (policy) in London.  The great media and other propaganda lies told against apartheid countermanded.
