Despite their claims to be concerned about Ukraine’s sovereignty and borders, Deep State globalists have an ulterior motive behind the banging of the war drums and the escalation into a potential global cataclysm, warns The New American magazine’s Alex Newman in this episode of Behind The Deep State.

On the Russian side, strongman Putin is deeply involved in building a New World Order of regional orders, too, with his focus being building the Eurasian Economic Union while Deep State operatives in the West build up the European Union and other, similar regional regimes. So where does war fit in?

Well, Alex focuses on two parts of the puzzle here: the use of war or the threat of war to promote globalism, as outlined by Council on Foreign Relations member Lincoln Bloomfield explained in his paper on creating a world effectively controlled by the United Nations. Another key puzzle piece: The revelations of KGB defector Anatoly Golitsyn about the Sino-Soviet disinformation plans including the phony collapse of communism culminating in a Second October Revolution. With all the pieces in place, suddenly the big picture becomes clear.

Newman mentioned the constant banging of war drums through the mainstream media. “Is World War III just around the corner in Ukraine? I don’t know,” he said. “But I do know that the globalists love war because it advances the Deep State objective of a one world government.”

Relations between Russia and Ukraine have been deteriorating since the late 2000s, as more and more Ukrainians developed pro-Western and anti-Russian attitudes. The armed conflict between the neighboring nations began in early 2014 when Russian forces invaded the Crimean peninsula and proceeded to organize a referendum to annex the area.

Tensions escalated late last year, and the Biden administration claimed that an invasion is imminent. At one point, Biden told reporters that Putin “continues to build forces along Ukraine’s border” and that the coming attack “would be the largest invasion since World War II. It would change the world.”

An unnamed source also revealed that Biden kept on telling Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that an invasion could happen sometime in February, as soon as the weather becomes more favorable for Russian forces.

Newman shared a story about a Deep State globalist named Lincoln Bloomfield, who put together a report for the Department of State in 1968. According to Newman, that report aims to hand over the control of the world to the United Nations.

“And what Bloomfield concluded in this report is that war and the threat of war are the fastest, easiest ways to convince people to surrender their national sovereignty and to move away from the nation state model and toward the model of global government,” Newman said.

“And so World War I brought us way closer to that goal. Before World War I, we had sovereign nations, we had empires and we had governments that were looking after their own interests, their own people. After World War I, the League of Nations was born. That was the first big globalist project – obviously it failed because the U.S. Senate refused to participate.

“Then you had World War II, which gave birth to the United Nations and the Bretton Woods institutions – the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. They actually used World War II to create the nucleus of what would eventually become the European Union. So the World War II really put the globalists’ cause forward by massive, massive amounts.

“Well, World War III, or at least the threat of World War III, is another possible mechanism to move us further in that direction, especially if it were to be catastrophic, or even the threat of catastrophe, the threat of nuclear annihilation, the threat of entire cities being wiped off the face of the map.”

Moscow has denied it is planning an assault, but it has massed an estimated 100,000 troops near Ukraine in recent weeks and is holding military drills at multiple locations in Russia. That has led the United States and its NATO allies to rush to prepare for a possible war.

Denmark is sending a frigate and F-16 warplanes to Lithuania; Spain is sending four fighter jets to Bulgaria and three ships to the Black Sea to join NATO naval forces, and France stands ready to send troops to Romania.

The war in eastern Ukraine was not caused by the Euromaidan. Protests in favour of EU association and reforms were held in all major cities of Donbas. The war is not a civil conflict but a well-documented act of aggression by Russian armed forces, ongoing since February 2014. 

Euromaidan was neither a coup nor a colour revolution, but a nation-wide civil protest against former President Yanukovych’s sudden departure from the promised Association Agreement with the European Union and subsequent violation of constitutional rights, such as freedom of expression, the right to protest, and others.
