Interestingly, I had the accidental good fortune to have Ivermectin prescribed to me in July, under the name Stromectol, here in Canada. I had been struggling with eczema on my ankle for 11 months and no steroidal cream, eczema cream, or antifungal cream had been effective. At this point I was pretty sure a rat mite(s) had taken up abode in the skin of my poor ankle, as this had happened to me before. After doing some reading. I determined Ivermectin would be an excellent internal remedy to treat mites, eczema and my tendency towards bacterial gut infections. A one-stop shop. So I made a case for a prescription and my doctor acquiesced.
All I can say, I found it be extraordinarily well tolerated. In fact I felt fabulous. And I am allergic/sensitive to most antibiotics, and many of the antifungals I have tried. Obviously, this is anecdotal. That said, I would not hesitate to use it again. Plus it was very effective on all counts! On another note, I find Dr. Chris Martenson to be absolutely the best–very objective, fabulous at distilling information, no over-emotionality, and extraordinarily credible. Kudos to you!
