Fifteen key points on the ANC manifesto

Daar is te veel stemme vir die korrupte ANC, kapings van regering sowel as alle staatsentiteite.  Hul wend rassisme en diskriminasie, hul wetgewings om die Boer uit te wis.  Selfs al die ander in die parlement doen mee hieraan – hulle sweer trou aan die stukkie papier.  Veral die rooi oorpakke, maar die ander is nie ver agter hulle nie. Hulle gebruik die sogenaamde demokrasie om ‘n setel in die parlement te hê.  Op die manier word die Boere om elke hoek en draai verneuk uit hul volksidentiteit en kultuur.  Volke het die reg tot ‘n eie regering en gebiede wat geskiedkundig aan hulle behoort.  Boervolk het ‘n eie reg daartoe.

Dit was 2016 in ‘n artikel lig ‘n paar leë doppe en vals beloftes uit.   
Wat nie vertel word nie, is dat die korrupsie handuit geruk het om almal van ons die afgrond in te stuur.  Asook die feit dat die kaders posisies beklee in swart bemagtiging of regstelaksies, maar dat dit slegs hul eie elite voed en klee.  Dit klink soos meer as een foefie.  Daar is geen voedselsekerheid as daar plase van produktiewe Boere afgeneem word of as hulle vermoor word nie.

Die ANC sal steeds gelei word deur die Grondwet, wat ook sosio-ekonomiese regte stipuleer – meestal deur plaaslike regering gelewer.

Gemeenskappe sal betrokke wees by die keuse van raadslede en hulle sal verplig word om gereeld terugvoer te gee en prestasie-ooreenkomste te onderteken.

Die ANC-regering het sedert 2011 vordering gemaak met die verbetering van mense se lewens, en sal voortgaan om elektrisiteitsvoorsiening, water, sanitasie, vullisverwydering sowel as maatskaplike toelaes en die uitgebreide program vir openbare werke, gesondheidsorg en basiese en hoër onderwys uit te brei.

Munisipaliteite sal deur die Nasionale Ontwikkelingsplan gelei word om te reageer op stadige ekonomiese groei en werkloosheid, terwyl die ANC op nasionale vlak ‘n negepuntplan implementeer wat die see-ekonomie, landbou, mynbou, energie, inligting en tegnologie, water en sanitasie betrek. , toerisme, en meer.

Munisipaliteite sal plaaslik ekonomiese ontwikkelingstrukture versterk, en wetenskap en tegnologie hierby inkorporeer, terwyl die ANC sal voortgaan om die stads- en dorpsekonomieë te ondersteun deur goedere en dienste by hulle te koop.

Optrede teen onwettige handel sal verskerp word.

Die ANC sal breëbandtoegang in munisipaliteite sowel as gratis wi-fi-areas uitbrei.

Die ANC sal munisipaliteite “ontmoedig” om basiese dienste wat hulle self moet lewer uit te kontrakteer, of anders “gesonde regulerings- en moniteringsmeganismes” vir die uitgekontrakteerde dienste ontwikkel.

Die ANC sal werk om “buigsame skofte” daar te stel wat mense beter toegang tot munisipale dienste sal gee.

ANC-munisipaliteite sal informele nedersettings opgradeer en verouderde infrastruktuur opknap, terwyl vervoer, paaie en brûe verbeter word. Sport- en ontspanningsgeriewe sal ook opgegradeer word.
Die stryd teen misdaad, korrupsie en bedrog sal voortgaan, en munisipale amptenare en raadslede en hul gesinne sal verbied word om sake met munisipaliteite te doen. Korrupte munisipale amptenare en raadslede sal aanspreeklik wees vir verliese gely as gevolg van hul optrede.

Gemeenskapsveiligheidsforums sal versterk word en straatkomitees sal saamgestel word om misdaad te bekamp, en in landelike gebiede sal tradisionele leiers betrek word.

Die ANC sal die munisipale kapasiteit vestig en ontwikkel om ramprisiko’s te bestuur wat uit ‘n veranderende klimaat kom.

Die Terug na die Basiese program sal voortgaan om ingenieurswese, projekbeplanning en finansiële bestuursvaardighede by munisipaliteite te voeg.

Die ANC sal langtermynbeplanningskapasiteit sowel as monitering en evaluering in munisipaliteite bou, insluitend vroeë waarskuwingsmeganismes vir probleemareas.

There are too many votes for the corrupt ANC, prisoners and their racism and discrimination, and even everyone else in parliament. They use the so-called democracy to have a seat in parliament. In this way, the Boers are cheated out of their national identity and culture at every turn. Peoples have the right to their own government and territories that historically belong to them.

1. The ANC will continue to be led by the Constitution, which also stipulates socioeconomic rights – mostly delivered by local government.
2. Communities will be involved in choosing councillors and they will be made to give regular feedback and sign performance agreements.
3. The ANC government has made progress in improving the lives of people since 2011, and will continue to expand electricity provision, water, sanitation, refuse removal as well as social grants and the expanded public works programme, health care, and basic and higher education.
4. Municipalities will be guided by the National Development Plan to respond to slow economic growth and unemployment, while at the national level the ANC is implementing a nine-point plan involving the ocean economy, agriculture, mining, energy, information and technology, water and sanitation, tourism, and more.
5. Municipalities will strengthen local economic development structures, and incorporate science and technology into this, while the ANC will continue to support the township and village economies by buying goods and services from them.
   Action against illegal trading will be stepped up.
6. To promote food security, the ANC will give residents information on sustainable agriculture and assist smallholder farmers to access municipal land for food production and agriculture. The party will also work with traditional leaders to make communal land available for development.
7. The ANC will expand broadband access in municipalities as well as free wi-fi areas.
8. The ANC will “discourage” municipalities from outsourcing basic services they should render themselves, or else develop “sound regulatory and monitoring mechanisms” for the outsourced services.
9. The ANC will work to establish “flexible shifts” that will give people better access to municipal services.
10. ANC municipalities will upgrade informal settlements and overhaul ageing infrastructure, while improving transport, roads and bridges. Sports and recreation facilities will also be upgraded.
11. The fight against crime, corruption and fraud will continue, and municipal officials and councillors and their families will be barred from doing business with municipalities. Corrupt municipal officials and councilors will be liable for losses incurred due to their actions. Community safety forums will be strengthened and street committees formed to fight crime, and in rural areas traditional leaders will be involved.
12. The ANC will establish and develop the municipal capacity to manage disaster risks that come from a changing climate.
13. The Back to Basics programme will continue adding engineering, project planning and financial management skills to municipalities.
14. The ANC will build long-term planning capacity as well as monitoring and evaluation in municipalities, including early warning mechanisms for problem areas.
15. The ANC will ensure bulk suppliers get paid and the money owed to municipalities by communities, government departments and businesses is recovered.
