TLU – The Wall of Remembrance: Farm murders in South Africa, the list grows longer

 

At the Wall of Remembrance, at Nampo Park in Bothaville, Free State, the names can be found from 1961 upto today of farmers murdered in South Africa. Some of the walls are so full that names have to be written on the side of the walls. It’s a sad reality that our farmers are murdered on a daily basis.  TAU is working hard to promote rural safety, but it is also expensive to do that.    As young farmers, we do our best for safety. Many times it puts us in danger and we leave a young woman and children alone at home when we move out to assist a neighbour or doing farmwork ourselves.  Here is a photo of the one side, the Wall of Remembrance, the other one is the white crosses with more names.   There are various articles on that too.

WALL OF REMINDER (TLU)

Not all of the farmers have workers to assist them in farmwork – farmers are helping each other as well during certain times.   This is only one place, there are other places as well.  Not all the names are here on the wall or even the white cross monument in another province.  Most of those are farmers, their families and even children have been tortured and killed, as well as raped.    Some families did not have their names registered here, there are more.

The Wall of Remembrance was erected as a final tribute to all Commercial Farmers and their family members who have been murdered in the Republic of South Africa since May 31, 1961.   The nine stone structures represent the nine Provinces of the Republic of South Africa on which the names of the murdered Commercial Farmers are affixed since 31 May 1961.

The Iron Rock symbolizes the commitment of the farmers to the harsh reality of nature that the farmer is exposed to every day.   The three pillars represent the family (husband, wife and child). The horizontal connections indicate a close family relationship and mutual support in good as well as difficult times.

The placement as well as the attitude of the image symbolize that the farmer, despite suffering and grief, is still positive about the future.

The Bible in one hand and the other hand up, asking for power and grace, indicates the dependence of the farmer on God’s grace in times of grief as well as in his daily life.

THE BOER PEOPLE ARE A SEPARATE PEOPLE AND NOT PART OF OTHER PEOPLES OR NATIONS – THEY ARE NOT ALL FARMERS BUT HAVE OTHER CAREERS AS WELL

Boers and whites chose to put up their own lists of names like this, because the government denied the right, because it was always declared until about 20 years ago. All groups of peoples and nations, blacks or coloreds, even immigrants can keep and show their own lists of names. There are millions of blacks, mixed with immigrants who are all put in one bucket if they wipe each other out. No white has ever forbidden any black or colored to do what the Boer people and whites do. Just because the Boers do it, it does not mean that there are others who are not murdered. Boers stand up and stand out because they are in the minority and have just as much right to life as that there is a chant to wipe out the Boer people. Blacks, with the support of others, do not care of attacking the Boer people, maiming and even discriminating against them because they are white.   They like to be in charge with the majority of blacks and rule the country into a sewage dumping place.

Boere en blankes het gekies om hul eie naamlyste so te plaas, by te hou en op te dateer.  JUIS, omdat die regering die reg ontsê het, want dit was altyd verklaar tot ongeveer so 20 jaar gelede. Alle groepe van volke en nasies, swartes of gekleurdes, selfs immigrante kan hul eie naamlyste byhou en wys. Daar is miljoene swartes, gemeng met immigrante wat almal in een emmer geplaas word as hulle mekaar uitwis. Soms is daar GEEN naam of rekord van ‘n swart nie, maar is vermoor en word begrawe.   Blankes kan tog nie pa en ma staan vir al hierdie moorde onder immigrante en swartes nie.

Geen blanke het al ooit enige swart of gekleurdes verbied om te doen wat die Boere volk en blankes doen teen aanvalle en moorde nie. Net omdat die Boere dit doen, beteken dit mos nie daar is ander stamme wat nie vermoor word nie.  Hulle het hande, voete en kan hul eie rekord houding doen.

Boere staan op en staan uit omdat hulle in die minderheid is en het net so ‘n reg tot lewe asook dat daar gesing word om die Boere volk uit te wis. Swartes, met die steun van ander, veral swartes en immigrante, maak nie ‘n moordkuil daarvan om die Boere volk aan te val, te vermink en selfs te diskrimineer teenoor hulle omdat hul blankes is.   Hulle hou daarvan om in beheer te wees, en dit geld ook vir immigrante wat 99.9% swartes is.  Indien immigrante vermoor word, word hulle oor dieselfde kam geskeer dan ander swartes in die land en word hulle getalle onder een sambreel geplaas.  Immigrante is miljoene in die land en word nie regtig in sensusse gewys nie, omdat hulle vrylik oor die grense beweeg, nie net by strategiese posisies nie.    Hulle vergelyk nie appels met appels of lemoene met lemoene nie, maar hulle ruk die dam onder die eend uit.

 Volksmoord onder die Boere volk is reeds in 2012 in Suid-Afrika verklaar.   Dr Stanton is wereldbekende kenner op die gebied van volksmoorde.
