Presenting to parliament on Tuesday, 23 November 2021, officials said that the BMA’s role would be to act as a single entity that manages the movement of people and goods across the country’s borders. It will also act as a type of law enforcement agency, as it aims to clamp down on fraud, corruption and other illicit activities.

Masiapato said that BMA officials would also have their own unique uniforms and designs, with 15 Toyota Landcruisers purchased to assist in patrolling the border and with other duties.

Hierdie nuwe entiteit gaan vir belastingbetalers net nog nuwe besems, voertuie en stoflappe word, wat ten duurste uitgereik gaan word, met baie klein besempies wat rondgeswaai gaan word om grensposte te beman.   Hoeveel kennis en ervaring gaan hier toegepas word?   Hoeveel korrupsie gaan hier plaasvind?

Die nuwe staatsentiteit sal binnekort op die been gebring word en gaan glo in 2022 in werking gestel word.   Toepaslike wetgewing is klaar onderteken en biljoene word hiervoor benodig om dit uit te voer.   Dit gaan alles hanteer, mense, diere en alle produkte wat oor die grense, see en lug beweeg. 

Daar is of was meer as sewe departemente betrokke gewees, ook in die verlede en natuurlik moet dieselfde hoeveelhede tipe departemente of organisasies van al ons buurlande in ag geneem word. 

Daar is ook ‘n nuwe logo (foto bo) wat gebruik sal word (interessante en bekende driehoeke  kentekens) wees en kragtige, nuwe voertuie sal ook tot hul beskikking wees.   

Let op – heelwat organisasies het gedeeltes van hierdie kentekens, wat kommerwekkend is. 

Daar word slegs gepraat van die huidige grensposte, wat opgegradeer gaan word, maar geen noemenswaardige inligting rakende waar die miljoene immigrante deurstap sonder ‘n grensdraad in sig soos in die verlede, wat verbeter gaan word nie. 

Dink die regering nou regtig dat die grenspos-beheer gaan die res van ons grense bewaak – hulle sit almal hoog en droog in hul beskermde wonings met tientalle sekuriteitswagte om hulle? 

Bakgat – Dus op die oog af word hierdie entiteit geskep om die grensposte te bewaak, maar die res van die onbewaakte grenslyne wat duisende kilometers beloop is onbeman waar alles juis plaasvind.

CRIME – CORRUPTION – TRAFFICKING (SLAVERY)

For sure, it was the idea of more streamlined border management that created the rules by this Act, that reduces corruption, prevents illicit trafficking and facilitates movement of people and goods is welcome.   BUT, it will not help if the borders are still open as is today.     

The authority or entity alone won’t resolve these problems within a day or ten. It will be costly to the country, and places more responsibility on an already strained Department of Home Affairs.   

At the moment our own borders are used and abused as human trafficking.   BUT the human trafficking are not started on the borders, it is only used as a gateway for small children and even women/men, animals and even guns and arms.

Trafficking or another word is SLAVERY, is between us, not on the borders.   That started in cities, towns and farms.

The police force are not doing their job or do not know what to do or what to look for in the case of people or animals been missing.  Those people are quick to take people away, either to use as slaves or using body parts as muti.  Is the same with farmers and other innocent people.     Body parts were also used as muti or cannabalism within our borders not ON our borders.

Home Affairs Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi welcomes the appointment of the first ever Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the Border Management Authority (BMA) by President Cyril Ramaphosa.     The President, with the support of Cabinet, appointed Dr Nakampe Masiapato as the Commissioner and (former) Major General David Chilembe as the Deputy Commissioner of Operations at the BMA. 

They stated that it is an uncontested fact that they have problems along the borders. The establishment of the BMA is meant to solve that problem. Now that the legislation to establish the BMA has been passed, it is important to appoint the individuals who will implement it, was said by Minister Motsoaledi. 

Dr Masiapato is a seasoned official in the law enforcement environment particularly at the strategic level. To this end, Dr Masiapato can add significant value towards the establishment of the BMA. Given his experience, he should be able to provide critical leadership towards the realisation of BMA’s national objectives. He has served on several border related forums such as the Border Control Operational Co-ordinating Committee (BCOCC), and Inter-Agency Clearing Forum.

In addition, Dr Masiapato has extensive experience within the intelligence environment having served as the acting National Coordinator for Intelligence. He has served over 19 years within the Justice, Crime Prevention and Security Cluster (JCPS) of which the twelve (12) years he was at senior management level. His employment history cuts through the police service, defence intelligence and the civilian intelligence environments.

Dr Masiapato is currently employed as the Executive Manager for Monitoring and Analysis at the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC). He has recently contributed towards the establishment of the Fusion Centre at the Financial Intelligence Centre, which brings about twelve law enforcement agencies for investigating COVID-19 related corruption. 

Academically, Dr Michael Masiapato holds two PhDs, one in Public Management and the other in Governance including a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.  He has also completed the National Security Programme with the National Defence College.

Major-General Chilembe has extensive experience within the South African Police Service, spanning from 1984 until 30 June 2021. He possesses approximately seventeen 17 years’ experience within the senior management echelon of the police service ranging from 2004, specifically in the border policing and law enforcement environment; which encompasses the management, and command and control of border law enforcement at ports of entry.

The Department has confidence in the two appointed individuals. Dr Masiapato is going to implement something that he believes in and has the requisite qualifications and experience.

Maj Gen Chilembe has 17 years’ experience in border law enforcement in SAPS and is now under an Authority whose sole focus is on the borders. We believe that both will do well in their new responsibilities,” said Minister Motsoaledi.

KORRUPSIE MET STAATSENTITEITE

Hoe gaan dit daar op die elektrisiteitsfront met die kragreus en entiteit wat Eskom genoem word?   Sabotasie en terreurdade is aan die orde van die dag.

Daar is onlangs twee beeldmateriaal vertoon hoe daar steenkool landuit vervoer word met swaar voertuie – Mosambiek en besendings waarskynlik een van die groot moonthede, China, Turkye, Duitsland of selfs Amerika. 

LET wel – Indien daar nou “biljoene rande” gefinansier was by cops26 vir “groen krag” en daar word inderhaas begin daarmee.  Moenie vir een oomblik dink korrupsie is op ‘n einde nie, Ramaphosa en al sy kabinetslede het nog niks werklik daaraan gedoen nie.  Hierdie finansierings moet met rentes terugbetaal word deur ons belastings.

Wat as al ons goeie steenkool uitgevoer word en al die geld vir “groenkrag” word gesteel, dan sit Eskom sonder steenkool. 

Hul bestuur sal skouers optrek, want dis nie hulle wat steenkool uitvoer nie, maar die wat so geld najaag.  Moenie dink geld wat verkry word met die uitvoer van steenkool, gaan gebruik word om huise te bou nie, dit gaan vir ander lande se steenkookragstasies gebruik word. 

Moenie dat die bevoordeeldes van alle ander lande en ons sin inkluis, flous nie en ons land leegdra nie.   Hulle kan dit baie goed doen om ons land nog verder uit minerale te verarm.  Met “wetgewings” in plek en geen vervolgings nie.

Waarskynlik is daar ook genoem deur die groot lande wat dit “aangebied” het – hulle finansier die geld (wat weer gesteel gaan word), maar in ruil soek hulle steenkool daarvoor vir hul eie wintersmaande se kragvoorsiening.  Hoe lag mense nie in hul mou vir die leiers in Afrika nie.  Sommige word baie ryk, juis uit die minerale rykdom van Suid-Afrika en ook Afrika.  Leiers van Afrika word gebruik hiervoor.

OOR GRENSE HEEN

Hoe lank word ons grensprobleme in Suid-Afrika nie al bespreek nie op nasionale regering nie – daar is al behoorlik tennis gespeel in die parlement hieroor.  Daarom is daar 7 of meer ministers kwansuis verantwoordelik.

Verantwoordelikhede wat skuif van een departement na ‘n volgende al vir 27 jaar en intussen loop burgers uit ander lande oor ons grense en maak soos hulle wil. 

Nou wat verwag hulle in Suid-Afrika? 

Gratis behuising, elektrisiteit, skole en veel meer, daar word selfs tou gestaan om die toelaes te ontvang wat mildelik uitgedeel is die afgelope 27 jaar.

Dit beteken daar is geen verantwoordelikhede nie en ons belastings onderhou al hierdie mense, selfs misdadigers en moordenaars word so verwelkom en onderhou. 

Nou is daar ‘n nuwe staatsentiteit geskep om dit alles kwansuis te beheer.  Wetgewing is klaar deurgevoer.

Die toekoms gaan leer wat nog alles gaan gebeur, veral met al die korrupsie, misdaad en moorde wat daagliks in en rondom ons voorstoepe plaasvind.   

Selfbeskikking vir ons ons as volk

Ons as burgers, onthou dit, is verantwoordelik vir ons eie veiligheid – maak soos die misdadigers as hul dade pleeg, dat dit eenvoudig “verdwyn” sonder om spore na te laat.  Hulle doen dit, waarom leer ons nie. 

Daar word feitlik daagliks gewaarsku om nooit vreemdelinge in diens te neem nie, maar mense LUISTER nie na advies of kyk geen nuus nie.  Baie gee nie om om die man op straat werk te gee, want die Bybel sê mos so, dis ons christelike plig – vanwaar?.  Sodoende word die misdadiger in eie huis en boesem gekoester vir ‘n “geldjie” wat uiteindelik dieselfde dag of drie maande later jou met ‘n gapende keelgat of koeëls in die rug agterlaat vir ‘n beursie en selfoon.  Hul opdragte is lankal uitgespreek – vermoor hulle onthou dit, ons sit nie nou met ‘n grensoorlog nie, die oorlog is tussen ons mense.
