OOS -KAAP – Die Direktoraat vir Prioriteitsmisdaadondersoek in die Oos -Kaap soek die hulp van die publiek oor waar Phadima Fukula (29) is. Daar word geglo dat hy sal help om die bewering van intimidasie en korrupsie. Daar is so baie korrupsie in die land en een korrupsiesaak is nie groter as ‘n ander een nie. Tog, na bewering is ‘n saak van intimidasie in Oos -Londen op 30 Maart 2021 geopen waarvan Fukula ‘n getuie is. Die span het ‘n onderhoud met hom gevoer op 9 April 2021 in Oos -Londen, hy het ‘n kort breek versoek en nooit weer teruggekeer nie. Hy is steeds weg en alles rondom dit is grafstil.

EASTERN CAPE – The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation in the Eastern Cape is seeking the assistance of the public about the whereabouts Phadima Fukula (29). It is believed that he will assist in unlocking the allegation of intimidation and corruption carried out by the by Serious Corruption Investigation team in East London. A case of intimidation was reportedly opened in East London on 30 March 2021 of which Fukula is said to be a witness. The team interviewed him on 09 April 2021 in East London, he requested a short break and never returned.

The Hawk’s Serious Corruption Investigation team appealed to anyone who might shed light on his whereabouts to come forward. The information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and must be conveyed to Colonel Patric Matroos on the following contacts: 071 481 2890

The Premier of Eastern Cape Oscar Mabuyane has been implicated in a case opened by an ANC activist Phadima Fukula allegedly involving money laundering and corruption involving the Premier and A Judge residing in the North West in Rustenburg.

Fukula opened a case of corruption on the 30^th of March at a police station in East London and went missing on the 9^th of April. It is alleged that Fukula was summoned by police in the Eastern cape of which seemed like an ongoing interrogation of how the case can be moved forward and disappeared there afterwards.

DURBAN – WHISTLEBLOWER Phadima Fukula, who made corruption allegations and opened a criminal case against Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane and a senior judge, has gone missing.

On March 30 this year, Fukula reported a criminal complaint against Mabuyane and the judge in the East London Police station – CAS 579/3/2021. In his statement seen by the Daily News, Fukula said in 2016 he was working as an ANC branch level activist in the East London area, leading campaigns ahead of the 2017 ANC elective conference at Nasrec, Johannesburg.

“Mabuyane emphasized that I should be most careful and show the utmost respect to this person who was a judge. He stated that this judge was one of the people who was assisting them in legal battles that were happening with branches that were being taken to court. He said that this judge was influencing other judges in other courts on how matters were being decided in our favour,” read the statement.

Fukula allegedly gave the bag to the judge who was driving a dark Toyota SUV and added that at the time he had no idea who the judge was until he saw him on television.

Fukula’s aunt Ntombekhaya Ncamiso said they lived in fear and were continuously harassed by different armed men claiming to be investigators looking for Fukula. She said they reported to police that Fukula was missing and was feared dead.
