B-BBEE en EE wetgewings is inderwaarheid rassistiese en diskriminerende wetgewings wat ingestel is deur die meerderheid politici in parlement teenoor die blanke minderheidsvolk (Afrikaners en Boere).     Ramaphosa het die kommissie sedert 1994 gelei as Voorsitter om swart bemagtiging en regstellende aksie intensief uit te voer.  Natuurlik is daar heelwat van hom en ander kollegas wat voordeel trek uit swart bemagtiging of regstellende aksie.   Swart bemagtiging het nog nooit enige armes bevoordeel nie.
