Has the “virus” fled or what’s going on – a selective virus? It seems as if there is no virus to be detected when the ANC or even EFF – BLM held rallies when they hold street parades, dance and sing. It is so obvious that there are two and even more different legislations in the communist state of South Africa, it just depends on who the minister (s) in question are. One set for the ANC and their cadre supporters and another set for Boers and Afrikaners (whites). Here at the court, quite a few are allowed to sing, dance and even be close to each other. There are also two different ANC groups representing the accused and victim. The one charged with rape is not shown and his name is withheld.

Given the seriousness of such an allegation levelled against him, he has taken a voluntary decision to request a special leave of absence with immediate effect… to allow himself an opportunity to clear his name away from his responsibilities.
In statement released by the accused, he said: “I am fully committed to participating with the legal process in order to ensure a free and fair trial and resolution of the very serious matter. I remain a loyal and committed leader of the ANC and I will trust in the judicial process which guarantees my right to a free and fair trial.”
During his appearance in court, members of the ANC were divided in song with some of the ANC Women’s League protested outside in support of the victim, while those suspected to be ANC Youth League members were in support of the accused.

An ANC councillor of Johannesburg municipality charged with rape was released on bail within 30 minutes after his first appearance in the Wynberg Regional Court on 4 January 2020. The accused, who in terms of the Sexual Offences Act cannot be named until he has pleaded, appeared very calm in court. He walked from the holding cells in leg irons to face the prosecutor, who was expected to oppose bail as the case was a Schedule 5 offence. A Schedule 5 offence carries a minimum sentence of 10 to 20 years but the accused appeared unfazed as the magistrate, Gideon Schnetler, explained the severity of the charge against him.
State Prosecutor Ayanda Bakana said the investigating officer had confirmed the address of the accused. Bakana also said the accused did not have any previous convictions or pending cases against him. It was stated that the victim alleges that she visited her friend (the accused) on Christmas Day in Alexandra. She said the offence happened in the early hours of December 26. Later on that day, the accused and his friend took her to her place of residence in Tembisa. After medical observation, the case was reported on 28 December 2020.
The case was postponed until February 22.
Outside the court two factions of the ANC in Johannesburg were out in heavy numbers. One group supported the accused – mainly members of the ANC Youth League – and the others supporting the victim were from the ANC Women’s League led by their regional chairperson Ndivhuwo Sekoba. It was insisted by the Women’s League members not to release the accused on bail while te Youth league members were of the opinion it was political motivated.

Het die “virus” gevlug of wat gaan aan?
Dit kom voor of daar geen virus te bespeur is gedurende die ANC hofverrigtinge of selfs EFF byeenkomste as hul in straat optogte hou, dans en sing nie.
Dis ooglopend dat daar twee en selfs meer verskillende wetgewings is in die kommunistiese staat Suid-Afrika, hang net af wie is die betrokke minister(s). En elke minister doen na goeddunke. Een stel vir die ANC en hul kader ondersteuners en ‘n ander stel vir Boere en Afrikaners (blankes).
Na hofsaak, word heelwat toegelaat om te sing, dans en selfs naby mekaar te wees. Daar is ook twee verskillende ANC groepe wat die beskuldigde en slagoffer verteenwoordig. Die een wat van verkragting aangekla word, word nie gewys nie en sy naam word weerhou.
Dit is ook waarnemend dat tydens en na die grendel (lockdown) gesien word, waar daar slegs op sekere strande gekuier word, terwyl Casino’s oop is (hier loop geen virus rond nie). Kerkverteenwoordiging is ook verbied, veral die sing van liedere.
Dis ook slegs swart en anderskleuriges wat vir finansiële hulp mag aansoek doen sedert inperking, terwyl blanke besighede (weens B-BBEE wetgewing) nie daarop geregtig is nie. Selfs plase, en verseker kan daar in meer diepte na hierdie plase gekyk word, as dit geregistreerde CPA gebiede is, het daardie plase reeds mildelik van die regering ontvang in terme van saad, trekkers, diere en finansiële steun sedert ontstaan daarvan.
Wie het die virus veroorsaak – beslis nie blankes nie. Dis afkomstig vanaf China. China moet al hierdie besighede vergoed wat hul verloor het en elkeen wat werk verloor het vergoed vir verlies aan inkomste.
Dus, geld die grootste persentasie voorwaardes van inperking slegs vir blankes in Suid-Afrika. Daar word met verseker dat veral klein blanke sakebelange hul deure toemaak en nie mag bedryf nie, maar groter besighede floreer.
Dieselfde geld vir maskers dra – daar is duisende wat in toue staan, of by sassa of verkope, selde met maskers op. Weer eens is daar geen teken van enige virus nie.
Indien die Polisie regtig ernstig is oor hulle virus en inperking, en of dit werklik so dodelik is as wat dit gemaak word, sou hul hier opgetree het by die hof en selfs ander plekke. Hulle skitter in hul afwesigheid. Dis ook die geval tydens protesaksies waar EFF en BLM betrokke is, word daar meer as toelaatbare persone toegelaat en Polisie staan en kyk of gooi waterkanonne.
Wie is die wetstoepassers? Om in ‘n konvooi op te daag om ‘n leë strand te gaan besoek waar is die enkel stapper? Wie beheer misdaad in die land? Daar word daagliks blankes aangeval, selfs in die tydperk waar sekere tye aandklokreëls is.
