Bosasa – Bribes and the ANC

Former Bosasa executive Angelo Agrizzi explains the strategy the controversial company followed in capturing the state and the ANC role.       The former COO said Bosasa CEO Gavin Watson was given specific orders on how salaries would be paid in order to dupe the company’s black directors and the Sars.  He used a dummy corporation called Consilium to conceal how much the Watson family and top executives at the firm earned.    Agrizzi said Consilium paid half their salaries while the rest came from Bosasa’s accounts.  They also managed all airports in South Africa except in Limpopo by paying over R2 million in bribes to airport officials to secure the R32 million per annum contract.    Agrizzi said one of the departments they dealt with was Correctional Services where they secured a R580 million contract per year and paid out about R15 million in the same period.   THIS IS ONGOING and sofar a never ending story to report on.
