DA and racism

Is there a difference between racism and discrimination or are there two or perhaps 3 different sets of legislations here?   That is still racism and discrimation under the South African (ANC) legislations.   It is a crime to discriminate against the white person’s human rights and you all are busy violating our human rights.  Are you as black person better than the white person in this country?   No.  Then why are there still more than 100 legislations against ONLY the white minority group of people of South Africa to kill our businesses?

There is not a thing like “legacy of apartheid” if apartheid was created by the British empire started with Rhodes and Shepstone 1854 in London – in consultation with those leaders that time – not by the Boers or Whites in 1961.   Learn your own history.   Look up the legislations by Shepstone and Rhodes before 1900.   

The British empire annexed the different areas and called it British Crownland or Reserves until 1961 – even under the Union of South Africa (from London).   Before they annexed all mining rights (1902) and the two recognized independent countries, namely ZAR and Free state Boer republics.

The late Dr H Verwoerd changed only the names of Reserves to Homelands and all homelands and their supporters, officially voted for their independence and also have their own flag and leaders.   

After 1994, those names of Homelands changed to CPA or Trustland under the new broom, the ANC legislations – and even the DA, FF, ACDP, EFF are well aware of the situation of those separate areas.   It is still there.

They (Khoi san, Griqwa, ethnic blacks) even voted for their own (more than 8840) traditional leaders.   Read the Hansards and also the Constitution. 

Now – Why do you still discriminate against the white minority, because those peoples still have their own separate areas like it was before 1994, still since the days of Shepstone and Rhodes – 1900-1840.

Ingonyama Trust is for the Zulu people – read the legislation, was signed before 1994 elections.   

Richtersveld CPA and other thousands landclaims, under CPA have their own leaders and registered CPAs.   They mostly received finances, seed, implements, tractors and even mentors to assist them.

Discrimination

To discriminate against a small minority group of (white) people and their businesses, that created job opportunities, not only for whites, is a crime against white minorities and violation of their human rights.      

Keep thinking now, why must we, the whites keep on creating jobs for other racists groups that discriminate against us and our businesses, but we are not allowed in the country.   

Blacks do have thousands of institutions and also B-BBEE companies (and took over from 51% majority shares), that mostly belong to white, but you keep on with your racism and discrimination until dooms day or what?    Legislations are still there.

Money and accounts are the same in the bank, if you buy food from a shop that get or buy food from farmers – then you must not eat those food – because the farmer do not discriminate against the shops that are mostly B-BBEE and EE?   

All parties that supported the national legislation, B-BBEE and EE are the same as the national ANC government. 

The DA political party is exactly the same as the ANC and EFF – their members of parliament and supporters are not against B-BBEE or land reform – why should they be different, even if they  control the “Western Cape Province” – they are still under the national control of the ANC, the constitution and legislation they (DA) are in agreement to.   Same with all the municipalities that is controlled by the DA.

To be honest, the ANC-EFF-DA-ACDP-FF and other political parties are not my future, because I am white – they are against all white’s future’s in this so-called democracy (rather mixed rainbow nation that they have tried created since 1994).  They all supported B-BBEE and EE – it is also in the constitution.    Do you think that you are better than others?

Since day one and since Mandela signed the first BEE legislation, they (the DP too) were also involved with the writing of the constitution that is against the whites minority in South Africa.   They all went to other parts of Africa, Dakar, Zambia, Zimbabwe etc. to keep the whites out, financed with George Soros.

Daar is geen verskil tussen DA – ANC – EFF – ACDP – FF .   Almal word ingesweer onder die grondwet wat disrimineer teenoor my as blanke en besighede.

Al bestuur die Demokratiese Alliansie (in ‘n koalisie met ander partye die Wes-Kaap of metro’s waaroor hulle spog, bly hulle steeds onder die meerderheid regering en ANC. 

Dieselfde nasionale wetgewing van swart bemagtiging en regstellende aksie, wat geldig is vir die nie-ondersteuners is ook van toepassing op die ANC of die koalisies. 

Wetgewing en bywette op munisipale vlakke val steeds onder die ANC en parlement se wetgewing, die grondwet wat in 1994 deur FW de Klerk onderhandel is met ANC,  Slovo en ander kommuniste, wat ons blankes ekonomies ontmagtig.    Die DA was direk hierby betrokke met die opstel van die grondwet, al het hul hul naam verander van DP. 

 Dit gaan nie maklik verander nie, die blou (DA) been en rooi (EFF) been gaan nie verdwyn nie.   Vorm koalisies met die spul kan net sowel beteken dis ‘n koalisie met die ANC.

Lees en bestudeer die Demokratiese Alliansie se beleidsdokumente – dit is aanvullend en onderhewig aan die Nasionale wetgewing wat bepaal word deur die 3 grootste partye, ANC, DA en EFF.  Moenie mislei word deur soetsappige beloftes in die wandelgange van die publiek nie, want daar word openlik gelieg oor baie sake.  Veral swart bemagtiging en gelyke geleenthede.   Alle vlakke van regering, al is dit op munisipale vlakke en verteenwoordiging.

Gaan stel ondersoek in oor wie en wat die kastige voorafbenadeeldes was, want daar was nie.     Daar was armoede, onder blankes ook, nie net swartes nie.   Tuislande vanaf 1961 was voor dit bekend as Reservate of andersinds Britse kroongebiede.

Alle tuislande het voorheen (1950-1994) baie goeie ontwikkelings gehad asook werksgeleenthede, grensnywerhede was opgegebou waar baie kon werksaam wees. 

Vanaf 1955 is skole ge-erf en baie nuwe skole is na dit opgerig vir onderrig. 

Daar was stemreg in die tuislande.  Dis dieselfde gebiede waar daar vandag Trustgebiede is, al wat verander het, is die naam : Tuislande het Trustgebiede geword en grondeise val onder die CPA wetgewing.

DA Policy on Labour

Die DA politieke party ontken maklik en in die openbaar hulle is nie rassisties nie, wat wys hoe openlik hulle leuens verkondig, omrede hulle dieselfde is as die ANC wat ook erken hulle is nie rassisties nie. Hierdie is nog ‘n uittreksel uit ‘n beleidsdokument van die DA van 2013. Gaan oor “arbeid”.    Die DA Politieke party gaan nog ‘n stappie verder as die ANC, wat baie mense miskyk. Veral indien hulle aan bewind sou kom. En al kom hulle net in Wes-Kaap in, gaan hulle steeds onderworpe wees aan dieselfde B-BBEE. EE wetgewings en onteiening as die res van ons.

Onlangs het DA leiers dit genoem, dat hulle EE en B-BBEE steun omdat dit alle partye bevoordeel. Hoe kan iets wat aan Afrikaner behoort weggeneem word en 51% aan Swart gegee word en dit word besteel (met korrupsie) soos nou met Eskom en Munisipaliteite, wat ook onderhewig is aan B-BBEE.

Daar was genoem deur Maimane dat daar in 25 jaar net gesorg is vir die ryk SWART/khoisan of blanke elite met die huidige B-BBEE /EE (Employment Equity) – en dat die regte “agtergeblewenes” vir nog 25 jaar nooit bevoordeel is nie, maar dat dit sal aangaan en hierdie wat kwansuis nooit bevoordeel is, van toepassing wees om hulle op te hef.     

Hoekom moet blankes of blanke besighede dan steeds betaal vir slegs “elites” wat bevoordeel word?    Dus sal B-BBEE verder omskryf word en verseker nog 25++ jaar verdra moet word om die res te bevoordeel en dit sluit nou die Chinese (Brics) Indië in, want hulle is swart verklaar maar was deur die ANC uitgenooi om hier aansoek te doen vir werksgeleenthede en natuurlik die res uit Afrika.   Rassisme en diskriminasie teenoor blankes bly ‘n internasionale misdaad en oortreding, ook die DA maak hul skuldig daaraan.   

Die feit dat meer as 28 miljoen swart en khoisan in die ou Tuislande wat nou Trustgebiede genoem word, reeds verryk is in 25 jaar tel mos nie, gerieflik vergeet die DA lede wat al hierdie Trustgebiede en CPA vergaderings bywoon in Parlement. Die feit dat daar meer as 8840 tradisionele swart en khoisan leiers is wat voordeel trek, tel ook glad nie.  Hoeveel korrupsie vind nie in die CPA gebiede plaas nie – alles word uitgedeel maar om terug te ploeg is vers twee.
