Ramaphosa-Zuma sagas

State capture is a reality and all the corruption from the Zuma and Guptas is quite a lot, but many of these have possibly the approval of Ramaphosa, he was nothing but the right hand and aware of everything while Zuma was president.  It was reported in the media (spekulation perhaps) that Ramaphosa has been advised to speak to Zuma on issues including state capture and his corruption court case.   The paper says that Ramaphosa has been advised to have a frank discussion with Zuma and to lay his concerns about some remarks made by the former president.  Exactly the same happened with the meeting between Ramaphosa and Zwelithini – behind closed doors.

#Zuma remains the monument of greed, the gupta  #StateCapture with still 783 counts of #corruption against him!   What happened to all the other people and their corruption since 1994?   #Armsdeals #E-toll #textbooks #trains #tenders

False flags and staged set-ups to create conflict.   Ramaphosa himself flew in a Gupta and Moti.    For a moment, Ramaphosa seems to care about his own image, but the same has happened when the land reform / expropriation report was announced and then he met with the Zulu king.   It seems in some newspapers as if Ramaphosa is concerned, because Zuma still has a lot of political support in KZN. There is a slight possibility that Zuma may appear on the ANC 2019 candidate list.

2019 elections (liberal views)

While the final ANC elections list for 2019 has not yet been finalised, the Daily Maverick and the Mail & Guardian are among publications who have reported they have seen a draft list. It controversially includes a number of politicians who have been implicated in state capture and other corruption scandals, such as Malusi Gigaba, Supra Mahumapelo, Mosebenzi Zwane, Nomvula Mokonyane, Faith Muthambi, Bathabile Dlamini, and former president Jacob Zuma.   According to Mail & Guardian, the draft list places Zuma at number 74, Gigaba at 26, and Dlamini at 17.   Muthambi, Mahumapelo, Mokonyane, and Zwane are also put forward for parliamentary seats on the list.

It is not so easy to change things or agreements of the past.   Various legislations regarding the Trustlands are still there and the agreements of 1994 still apply to those traditional lands.  Most of those Trustland,  included the landclaims are communal lands, while the government keep the title deeds for themselves.    Legislation have to be repealed or changed.
